ANSWER

We just ran a quick test and posted 20 ads and every single ad posted, showed up on craigslist, and was not flagged.

How did we do it?

Here is our Ad Description:

!lipsum{8}

!title{We need good writers - {VARIABLE2}|Good writers are needed - {VARIABLE2}|Great writers make great money writing - {VARIABLE2}} !rotate{We need good writers - EbooksMillionaire.com|EbooksMillionaire.com - Good writers are needed|Great writers make great money writing -EbooksMillionaire.com}

!location{}

!lipsum{46}

!date{}

Notice a few things about our ad:

1. Each title is different, even after rotating through the !title variable numberous times because we are putting {VARIABLE2} in the title which will add a random long-digit number which will make the title completely unique EVERY TIME.
2. We have our invisble random words before and after our actual ad by utilizing the !lipsum variable.
3. We don't actually LINK to our website, we simply put the URL name. This seems to help when no link is actually present and we've noticed most people will type in your web address even so.
4. We are having the current city put into the Location field by using the !location{} variable in our ad.
5. We are having the date put into each ad.
