ANSWER

Creating an Image Ad isn't that difficult. In order to avoid typing out the process, we've made a short video in WMV format. To view it, click here.

If you need to put your image in the ad and link it so that it goes to your websiteAdd smth then add somethig like

<A href="http://your.site"><IMG src="http://your.site/image.jpg" border=0></A>

or

<a href="http://your.site"> <IMG src="http://your.site/image.jpg" border=0></A> or <TABLE height=632 width=648 background=http://i256.photobucket.com/albums/hh16/hant2/!rotate{pic1|pic2|pic3}.jpg><BR> <TBODY></TBODY></TABLE>

into the Text Description of your ad.

Note: There are html limitations in some categories that don't allow to create image ads. You need to upload images then. See here

Remove any contact info from your ads or move it to images to avoid flagging, so that your ad visitors can see your contact info only on your image.
Right-Click on your image and select edit to insert contact information as an image. Please go here
