You should temporary disable Norton Security Suite antivirus if you get "file has been damaged or deleted" error message. Right-click on the tiny Norton Anti-Virus icon in the System Tray (next to the clock) in the lower right-hand corner of the screen, then click on Disable Auto-Protect with the left mouse button. You can also add Exclusion for the program. Open Antivirus and click
Settings -> antivirus -> scan and risks (tab) -> Exclusion -> items to exclude (from scans and auto protect) and add the program's folder (usually C:\CLAPoster)

Please update your Virus Definitions by following these steps: Open Avast program and go to > Settings > Update > VIRUS DEFINITIONS > Update.
